An AI agent for Túlavá Vinotéka that analyses product data and generates SEO descriptions, tasting notes and food pairings for every wine.
Túlavá vinotéka started during the covid crisis, when Braňo — a hotelier out of the restaurant world, a sommelier of many years and a founding member of the Slovak Sommelier Association — finally built the place he had been planning. Three partners run it: Braňo sets the direction, Andrej runs the floor, Peťo keeps the equipment going. It exists in two forms — the bricks-and-mortar shop on Dulovo námestie in Bratislava, which is a wine bar, a restaurant and a bottle shop at once, and a Wine truck that travels to festivals and private events. The range rests on the Malé Karpaty region: they represent the Chute Malých Karpát winemakers' association, and alongside wine they pour craft beer and soft drinks and run their own kitchen. On top of that they operate an e-shop carrying the full wine range.
Wine descriptions in the e-shop were written by hand. Every bottle needs its own text — one that captures its character and tasting notes while fitting the filters customers actually browse by: colour, residual sugar, protected designation of origin, low-histamine, organic. Our job was not to build the e-shop but to deliver something that automates writing this kind of expert copy while holding its quality and the brand's tone steady.

The range rests on Malé Karpaty wineries, and several wines come from the same producers — Karpatská perla, Repa Winery, Martin Pomfy, Vins Winery. That makes it all the easier for descriptions to blur into an interchangeable template where one wine reads like the next.

The AI solution changed the pace at which the catalogue grows. A new bottle no longer waits for someone to find the time — its description and tasting notes come out of its technical parameters and land ready for the filters customers browse by. The tone stays consistent across the whole catalogue, so a wine added today reads like one that has been there from the start. None of this cost expertise: the sommelier's knowledge moved out of writing each description and into configuring the agent that then applies it to every item.
