A presentation website for a security company
A security-themed marketing site for SUP Companies covering nine service areas, plus SUP Shifts, an internal tool for fair operator shift planning.

SUP Companies is the shared name for two operating units of a security group based in Komárno — Diplomat-profesional, SBS-team s.r.o. and SUP Digital Security Servis, s.r.o. They provide comprehensive physical and electronic protection services for clients such as hospitals, manufacturing plants and other facilities across Slovakia. Over nearly three decades in the field they have built an operation guarding around 800 sites, keeping four response patrols on permanent standby, with their own central monitoring desk running 24/7. Their clients include Nitra University Hospital, Gamota JR and Heineken.
SUP Companies needed a marketing site that clearly presents the full breadth of their services — site security, physical protection, valuables transport, detective work, alarm and camera systems, radio networks, security surveys and bespoke special services. The site had to feel credible in an industry where discretion is key, and present the client's two operating companies as one cohesive whole rather than two firms side by side. In parallel, they needed an internal tool for scheduling the operators who staff the central monitoring desk around the clock.
Designing this, we tackled several key challenges.
- Credibility in a sensitive industry
Security services rely on discretion and professionalism. The design had to feel serious and technically mature — enough to convince a hospital or a manufacturing plant, not to read as an advert.
- Two companies, one brand
The client runs its services through two separate legal entities, each with its own history. The site had to present them as one cohesive team without obscuring that they are two entities.
- Night and day shifts without conflicts
The monitoring desk runs non-stop, so the schedule cannot have a gap. The tool has to respect the "no day shift right after a night shift" rule, track operator availability including sick leave and vacation, and split shifts fairly between two teams.
- Nine services on one page
The client covers nine separate areas — from site security and valuables transport to radio networks and security surveys. Each needs its own explanation, yet together they must not read as an endless list.
We built a dark, technically styled marketing site with nine service cards, a section on both companies and their vehicle fleet, and the logos of reference clients. In parallel, we built the internal "SUP Shifts" tool — a Next.js app with a shift editor, automatic fair-schedule generation, and printable monthly overviews for the operations center.
- Nine service cards ranging from site security to detective services
- A presentation of both operating companies and the vehicle fleet
- Reference clients such as Nitra University Hospital and Heineken
- The SUP Shifts internal tool with a day/night shift editor
- Automatic fair-schedule generation and availability management (sick leave, vacation)
- Printable monthly overviews for the central monitoring desk and operations center
Analysis and strategy
We mapped nine service areas across both companies and the rules governing operator shift planning.
UX/UI design
We designed a dark, technically styled look for both the marketing site and the internal tool's shift editor.
Development of both applications
We implemented the marketing site and, in parallel, the SUP Shifts Next.js app with JSON file storage.
Launch and support
After testing, we launched both applications and secured their smooth operation.
The new website gives SUP Companies a credible online presentation that holds both operating companies under one brand and shows all nine service areas — and the clients already using them — in one place. The SUP Shifts internal tool simplifies fair shift planning across two teams of operators, and the monthly schedule it produces comes out ready to print for the operations center.
